Golden Gate Fiduciary Services, founded in 2012 and located in Alameda, California, offers integrated financial, care, trust and probate administration to seniors and the disabled. Typical activities include:

Golden Gate Fiduciary Services accepts both private and court-directed cases. Cases that have national and international requirements are welcome; for example, Golden Gate Fiduciary Services has managed transport of remains to other countries, facilitated distribution of assets to non-English speaking and charitable beneficiaries, and sold estate property outside the United States.

All services are provided by Dr. Linda M. McHugh, CLPF #629. Before becoming a licensed fiduciary, Dr. McHugh was a management consultant dealing with strategic, systemic and cultural change issues for Fortune 500 companies, non-profits and family-owned businesses. In addition to her substantial background in financial and process management, Dr. McHugh acquired a medical foundation working at San Mateo County General Hospital while in college.

Dr. McHugh is licensed in good standing through the State of California, serves as an officer of the Northern California Regional Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC), is a member of the National Guardianship Association (NGA) and the Center for Guardianship Certification (CGA), and is active in East Bay Trust and Estates Lawyers (EBTEL).
